This page is about YPO’s upcoming recently confirmed trip to Carnegie Hall next March. We do have a tight turnaround to confirm who is attending and get our plans in place so we wanted you to get this Participation Confirmation Form as soon as we had enough information to send to you. We are still working on some of the components of the itinerary (and we CAN’T WAIT to share them with you!), but everything that we do know is in the body of the form. Please click HERE to access the Student Participation Form. Regardless of your answers on the interest survey from a few weeks ago, we are asking for full participation on this form here.

*Update: Do you need a letter for your school? There is a spot on the Student Participation Form where you can request it so we can personalize them. If you need one BEFORE you can fill out the form, please text or e-mail! Please include your school name, if there is a specific person the letter should be mailed to, and whether or not you need it sent directly to the school, or an emailed pdf.*
