“Don’t Forget Your Music Stand”… a Retirement Celebration for Laurie Cunningham

Cunningham Collage

Please join us in celebrating the incredible contributions to our community made by YC2 Manager Laurie Cunningham, as she is retiring from TRYPO.

We asked Laurie if she wanted a retirement party, or a music stand embossed with a plaque that says, “Mrs. Cunningham says, ‘Don’t Forget Your Music Stand!'” and she surprised us by asking our YC2 and Chautauqua Music Camp alumni to make a contribution to the YC2 program to make sure whoever we hire to fill these unfillable shoes can hit the ground running. Anyone who knows Laurie will not be surprised by her wishes!

This special fund will be designated for programming and scholarship support just for YC2 in the 21-22 Season and will help us keep YC2 an awesome place for young musicians!

How have YC2 and Mrs. Cunningham changed your life? Make a gift to the “Don’t Forget Your Music Stand” Fund to help the new YC2 Manager get up and running. Use the form below:

If you have longer messages, photos, or videos, please send an email to YC2LOVE@trypo.org by Saturday, July 31, 2021.
