Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestras (“TRYPO”, “company”, “our”, “we”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protect it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).
This Policy applies to information we collect on the TRYPO website (the “Site”).

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
TRYPO is committed to protecting the privacy of minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

AGGREGATE INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY
As you use our Site, we may use automatic data technologies to gather and log information about your equipment and navigation patterns, including:
- Details of your visits to our Site including the resources that you access and use;

We do NOT collect Personal Information automatically. Information and data collected automatically is collected and used in aggregate form only.

Where TRYPO collects Personal Information from you, it does so for a number of reasons, including:
- To respond to your inquiry about our services;
- To manage our services and programs, including processing payments and donations;
- To provide you with information about TRYPO events, programs, updates, rehearsals, registrations, and other important notices;
- to contact you to secure additional information that is needed to better serve you;

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to unaffiliated third-parties.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
TRYPO acknowledges that even though you may initially consent to our processing and use of your Personal Information, you may want to withdraw your consent at a later time. Aggregate Information may be shared with third-parties for research or marketing purposes. You understand that Aggregate Information does not identify you individually and can be used and shared by us without restriction

We are not responsible for the privacy practices owned and operated by these third parties. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
TRYPO will retain and store your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the Personal Information was collected and processed, including any legal, tax, or regulatory reason. Following said period, we will either delete the Personal Information or anonymize it. We follow commercially reasonable and generally accepted industry practices to protect the Personal Information you provide through our Site and maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for all user information collected. However, because no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we cannot guarantee that Personal Information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of these safeguards.
