Ukraine Benefit Concert
Sewickley United Methodist Church 337 Broad Street, Sewickley, PA, United StatesJoin us for the Second Benefit Concert for Ukraine featuring solo and chamber performances by Dr. Solomiya Ivakhiv, Musicians of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, Carnegie Mellon University and University of Pittsburgh Faculty, and Youth Chamber Connection ensembles. From Astor Piazzolla and Michael Markowski to Béla Bartók, Felix Mendelssohn, and George Gershwin, we're exploring the unique sounds brought to us by these musical minds! YPO Performs for The League of American Orchestras Conference Opening Concert & Keynote
Heinz Hall 600 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, United StatesWelcome to the League's 78th National Conference as we kick off in beautiful Heinz Hall with performances by both the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra, playing Danzón No. 2 by Arturo Márquez, and the Three Rivers Young Peoples Orchestras YPO ensemble, playing Umoja, Anthem of Unity for orchestra by Valerie Coleman.
