Gracie will perform the Saint Saëns Violin Concerto No. 3 in B minor, op.61, with YPO on the upcoming spring concert on May 10, 2020 at Carnegie Music Hall in Oakland. 39 of the 57 participants in the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra’s EQT Student Side-By-Side Program are currently enrolled in a TRYPO administered program or are alumni of a TRYPO administered program! These talented student musicians in grades 9-12 have the amazing opportunity to rehearse and perform “side-by-side” with their Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra counterparts on the Heinz Hall stage. Participants receive personal coaching from their PSO stand partners and enhance their knowledge of the music field.
